How do I schedule your service?You can schedule your move on our website. Choose the size of your apartment, select your move date, and click book. You'll have a response from a team member to verify the time and date and you're set.

Should I pack up my belongings?In order to provide the most consistent, speedy service we recommend you pack your loose belongings into cardboard boxes, bags, or totes.

What do I do on my move-out date?Make sure you contact your building manager and have an elevator reservation scheduled. Depending on the size of your apartment we will need a window of 60 minutes up to 3 hours. Have your loose belongings packed up securely ready for us to move. We will wrap your furniture in cling film and moving blankets in order to prevent scratches and dings. If your building requires protection in the halls let us know.

How do you protect my furniture?We will typically wrap your furniture in cling-film and moving blankets to prevent damage. This helps keep your furniture in place on our truck as well. If you're particularly worried about a fragile piece please let us know and we'll take extra precautions.

Will you help arrange the furniture at my new place?We will unwrap all of your furniture and help you arrange your new rooms. Any furniture we disassemble for transport we will reassemble for you.

How do I pay you?We can take a credit or debit card online or in person to make it easy for you. We also accept cash, checks, and instant money transfers.

Do you charge a deposit?We charge a $100 deposit to book your move, and we'll collect the remainder when the move is finished.

What if something gets damaged?We will help repair broken property or reimburse the cash value in case of destruction.
